Symposium on Female Pelvic Floor Disorder

The IUGS conducted its first annual conference "Symposium on Female Pelvic Floor Disorders" in June 2006 with Dr.Karthik Gunasekaran as the Symposium director. The program included live surgical demonstration of pelvic floor surgeries and also CME on the same topics. Dr.Willy Davila from the Cleveland Clinic, USA, Dr.Sun-Hee Park from Seoul were the international faculty with popular Gynecologic surgeons forming the local faculty. About 150 doctors including gynecologists, urologists and colorectal surgeons attended.
